Ingredients
  • 2 packs of Liana gluten-free cornetti Rigati (200 g each)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of sterilized peas and carrots (330g)
  • 1/2 pack sterilized capsicum (160 g)
  • 9-10 pcs mini cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 2 tbsp cucumber pickle
  • salt, pepper

Approach
  1. Hard boil the eggs and cook the knuckles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In a bowl with cooled knuckles, add mashed boiled eggs, sterilized peas and carrots, chopped sterilized bell pepper, sliced cucumbers, yogurt, tartar sauce, mayonnaise to taste, and cucumber pickle.
  3. Salt and season the salad, mix well and refrigerate.

Good tip:

You can also add corn to the salad for a sweeter taste. For a heartier version, it also tastes great with roasted chicken – perfect for a barbecue, but not as a Christmas side dish.
