Chocolate blue liquid color 18 ml

Liquid food coloring, intended for coloring white chocolate and fatty creams.

Usage:
Coloring white chocolate, chocolate masses, cocoa butter as well as fat-based creams and icings. Add the coloring in very small amounts to the mass and stir. Add the coloring until you reach the desired color.

Ingredients: emulsifiers: polyglycerol polyricinoleate E476, soy lecithin E322, monoglycerides of fatty acids E471, polysorbate 80 E433, rapeseed oil, dye: E133, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392. Dosage 8.0g/kg. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 18-25°C .
