Give your cakes and desserts a beautiful grape purple hue with this highly concentrated oil-based food coloring. Its special oil formula combines perfectly with the fats and oils in confectionery mixtures, creating rich, even and vibrant colors. It is suitable for creams, fondant and chocolate. The highly concentrated color allows you to achieve bold and vibrant colors even with small applications. The result is amazingly vivid, rich and consistent shades that will not fade. Please note that due to the oil content of the colors, drying may take longer than usual.

Usage: Add a small amount of dye to the finished cream. Dosage: maximum 1.56 g/kg.
