Colour Mill 20 ml oil food colouring is highly concentrated and designed for colouring buttercreams, ganache, chocolate, fondant and other fat mixtures. Thanks to its oil base, it binds perfectly to fats, creating an intense and even shade without disturbing the consistency. The practical 20 ml packaging ensures easy dosing and a long shelf life of the product. Please note that due to the oil content in the colours, drying may take longer than usual.

Usage: add a small amount of dye to the finished cream. Dosage: maximum 4.16 g/kg.

Ingredients: humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dye: E129, emulsifiers: E322, E433. Dye E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Contains negligible amounts of energy, fat, carbohydrates, sugars, proteins and salt. Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
