Master Martini white icing is ideal for covering cakes, desserts, muffins, donuts, gingerbread and cake pops. It is characterized by a delicate creamy taste, excellent flow and easy use.
Usage: Melt the icing by heating in a microwave or in a water bath at a temperature of 40-45°C. Do not place on direct flame.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder (8%) , milk fat , emulsifier: E322 sunflower lecithin, flavouring (vanillin). The product may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, cereals containing gluten, soy and sesame . Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Nutritional information per 100g of product: Energy 2378kJ/570 kcal, fat 35.0g, of which saturated fatty acids 35.0g, carbohydrates 61g, of which sugars 601g, protein 2.7g, salt 0.11g.
