Fun Cakes mandarin flavoured paste for flavouring desserts, cream, custard, cottage cheese and ice cream. Also suitable for baking. At temperatures above 200°C the flavour of the paste will be less pronounced. If you bake at high temperatures (above 200°C), add a little more flavouring as this will weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavouring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, mandarin juice (30%), sugar, alcohol (1.4%), acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440, natural mandarin extract, coloring: E120, E100. May contain traces of: eggs, milk and nuts. Store in a dry and dark place .
