How to use: Melt them in the microwave at maximum power of 800-1000 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a water bath. Stop heating when the chocolate coins are almost completely melted and small pieces of the substance are still visible. Stir until the substance is completely smooth and melted, then process it as desired. Let it set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder , emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C. Kosher.
