Royal icing is suitable for decorating gingerbread houses, gingerbread men, figurines. It can be a fun and creative process! Save time preparing royal icing so you can enjoy decorating and creating more. Just add water to get this really nice solid icing. You can change the consistency to your preference by adding water. This makes Royal Icing ideal for decorating cakes as well as glazing cookies. The royal icing then hardens completely and can be colored in any desired color using food coloring.
Add water only to create a firm icing. The consistency can easily be adjusted by adding more or less water.
Content: 900 g
Preparation: Add 55 ml of water to 450 g of sifted mixture. Mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed until stiff white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, loses its shine and you can pull the peaks that do not fall. If you use a hand mixer, be careful not to jam it!
Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of frosting for a medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for a thin consistency.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), free-range egg white (dried) , acid: E330. May contain traces of: gluten, milk, soy and lupin.
