Food-grade spray varnish designed for finishing all types of sugar decorations, cakes and desserts, as well as chocolate. Alcohol-based, quick-drying. Gives sugar decorations a beautiful shine.
Ingredients: shellac, water, food grade alcohol, vegetable fat, citric acid, E555, colour : E172
Usage : mix thoroughly, apply to the surface of the decoration by pressing the pump from a distance of about 20 cm or using a brush. Let dry. Store in a dry and dark place with air humidity <70% and temperature <18°C.
