Food gel coloring with high coloring power, suitable for coloring cream and butter creams, fondant, royal icing, isomalt, jelly and drinks. Gluten-free. Intended for decoration and not for immediate consumption.

Ingredients: glycerin E422, propylene glycol E1520, dye: black PN E151, azorubine E122, fine silicon dioxide E551, polysorbate 80 E433, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330. Dye E122 may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. Dosage 12-20g/kg. Store in a dry and dark place.
