Magic Roll-Out anti-sticking mass 225g

Magic Roll-Out Anti-Stick is a very fine potato starch. This powder is suitable for rolling out fondant, marzipan and dough. You can also use it to dust silicone molds. The starch will prevent fondant and marzipan from sticking to the work surface and make it easier to remove decorations from the molds. Use a fine sieve or piping bag for even distribution.

Ingredients: potato starch. May contain traces of eggs, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) .
