Swiss cream mix. Quickly and easily prepare a delicious Swiss buttercream that is less sweet than traditional buttercream. Ideal for filling and coating cakes, decorating cupcakes, or pies.
Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. For one portion: Mix 100 g of powder with 70 ml of warm water (50 -60 °C) for 8 minutes with a whisk on the highest setting. Add 220 grams of unsalted (cream) butter to the mixture in 4 parts and beat until the butter is completely melted before adding the next part. Mix at high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth. One portion of the cream is enough to fill and cover 1 20 cm cake, or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients : sugar, free-range egg white (dried), thickener: E466, acid: 330, aroma. May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk and lupin . Store in a cool, dry place.
