Homemade gelatin candies are a quick and easy treat that you can make from common ingredients you have at home. They can be made from vitamin-rich fru
Ingredients
  • 400 ml of liquid
    (water with syrup, fruit juice, tea, lemonade, etc.)

  • 40 g Liana Food Grade Gelatin
    (2 × 20 g pack)

  • To taste (optional):
    honey, agave syrup, lemon or lime juice

If you use a thicker liquid, such as fruit puree, 1 sachet of gelatin (20 g) will be enough.

Approach
  1. Pour the selected liquid into a saucepan. Add the gelatin and let it swell for 10-15 minutes .

  2. Then gently heat the gelatin until it is completely dissolved – either over low heat or in the microwave. ⚠️ Do not boil! High temperatures will reduce its gelling ability.

  3. Pour the liquid gelatin into a gummy candy mold, praline mold , or a smaller plastic container.

  4. Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until completely solidified.

  5. Once the candies have hardened , remove them from the mold and serve .

  6. The resulting number of candies depends on the size of the mold - from the stated amount you will prepare approximately 50 to 150 pieces.

Good tips:

You can use sea buckthorn syrup or other vitamin juice during flu season. By combining different juices, syrups, or teas, you can create your own flavors .
For easy filling of the molds, use a baby syrup dispenser or pipette .
You can coat the candies in vitamin C before serving.
