Cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 2 KL Gelatin clear Liana
- 1 and ½ KL instant coffee
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 30 ml of egg liqueur
- 40 g powdered sugar
Next we need
- oblong sponge cakes
- 200 ml instant coffee or melta
- 50 ml of almond or coffee liqueur
- Cocoa Dark Liana
- Let clear gelatin swell in 50 ml of milk for 10 minutes. Pour Whipped Delight, instant coffee into the remaining milk and beat with a mixer. Next, beat sugar, egg liqueur and mascarpone. Heat the swollen clear gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds and whisk it into the cream.
- Pour almond or coffee liqueur into the brewed and cooled coffee. Place the oblong sponge cakes in a mold, sprinkle with coffee mixed with liqueur and pour half of the cream. We layer other sponge cakes, pour coffee with liqueur and spread the cream. Finally, coarsely sprinkle with dark cocoa.
