Mini puddings
Dough
- 750 g smooth special flour
 - 500 ml of milk
 - 150 ml oil or ointment
 - 40 g of fresh yeast
 - 3 tablespoons of sugar
 - 1 tsp salt
 
Filling
- 750 ml of milk
 - 180 g of butter
 - 2 bags Golden cream Liana
 - 40 g Liana vanillin sugar
 - 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
 
Whipped cream
- 300 ml of milk
 - 2 bags (60g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
 
Next we need
- egg for brushing
 
DOUBLE:
- Prepare yeast from milk, yeast and 2 spoons of sugar. Let it rise for about 10 minutes in a warm place.
 - In a bowl, prepare the dough from flour, sugar, oil, salt, and finally add the leavened leaven from the yeast. We make the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
 - From the leavened dough, we gradually remove and roll out 0.5 cm thick and approx. 20 cm long rolls, which we weave together like a propeller. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leave to rise for 10 minutes and brush with a beaten egg and a spoonful of milk. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
 - Leave the baked goods to cool, cut them in half and fill them with filling and whipped cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
 
FILLER:
- We will cook pudding from milk, vanilla sugar and golden creams. Let it cool down.
 - Beat the butter with powdered sugar and add the cooled pudding while stirring constantly.
 
WHIPPED CREAM:
- Beat milk with whipped cream until stiff. We can sweeten according to taste.
 - Dose the filling with a pastry bag with a decorative tip.
