
Gluten-free cinnamon cookies
- 170 g Cake mix Liana
- 170 g of butter
- 70 g Liana milk chocolate pudding
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 10 pieces of truss
- 1.5 bags Liana cinnamon sugar

- In a food processor, mix butter with powdered sugar and cinnamon, add cake mix mixed with pudding powder and milk. We will make a compact dough.
- We make walnut-sized balls from the dough, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use a citrus press to make a hole in each ball. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, use the end of the cooking pot to deepen the hole.
- Melt the custard with a slice of butter. Place in a pastry bag and layer caramel cream in each cookie. Let it harden.
