  • flax, sesame and sunflower seeds for sprinkling

  1. Finely chop the salami and mix all the ingredients. We make a compact dough, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm and cut out circles. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with seeds and bake in a heated oven at 200°C for approximately 13-15 minutes.
