Gluten-free baked baguettes with tomatoes and mozzarella

Do you have leftover gluten-free bread and don't want to throw it away? Make delicious pancakes from it.
Ingredients
  • gluten-free baguettes
  • olive oil with crushed garlic
  • ketchup/overpressure
  • oregano, basil or pizza pepper
  • tomatoes
  • mozzarella
Approach
  1. Cut the baguettes in half horizontally and coat the whole with olive oil and crushed garlic. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Coat the baguettes with ketchup or puree and season with dried herbs or pizza spices. Then we arrange tomatoes cut into rounds, which we lightly season with prepared dried herbs. Cover with mozzarella and bake for 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
