  • 200 g Bakery mix Liana
  • 200 ml lukewarm water
  • 10 g of yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

1. Mix the Bakery mix with water and yeast with a kneader. Finally, add salt and oil.
2. Knead for about 10 minutes to make a soft dough.
3. Put the cakes in a bowl or cover with food foil and leave to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
4. Shape baguettes with oiled hands and place them on a baguette tray.
5. Cover with foil and leave to rise for 45 minutes.
6. Bake in a heated oven at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
7. Let cool.
