Cheese slices
Sponge cake
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 6 PL semi-coarse flour
- 3 PL Liana dark cocoa
- 1 bag Liana baking powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Cream
- 250 g of butter
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- 3 - 4 PL rum
Frosting
- 150 g Chocolate 45% Liana
- 100 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar for about 10 minutes until foamy. Mix in the oil, semi-coarse flour with baking powder, cocoa and, finally, lightly stir in stiff egg whites. Pour onto a greased and floured deep tray. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
- Beat softened butter with vanillin and powdered sugar until smooth, add cottage cheese and rum. Spread the cream on the baked, cooled sponge cake.
- Melt the chocolate and butter, add milk and pour over the cake. Let it harden and serve.
