Ingredients: water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, humectant: glycerin. Thickener: calcium alginate, mono and diglycerins of fatty acids. Dye: vegetable charcoal; maize starch. Preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, peanuts, soy and tree nuts.

Use: Using a spatula, apply the material to the silicone mat. Dry in the oven at 50°C for 30 minutes.
