Color Mill oil-based food coloring dissolves excellently in fats. It is suitable for creams, fondant and chocolate. The highly concentrated color enables bold and vivid colors even in small applications. The result is amazingly vivid, rich and consistent shades that won't fade. Please note that due to the oil content of the paints, drying may take longer than usual.

Use: add a small amount of dye to the finished cream. Dosage: maximum 1.43g/kg.

Ingredients: humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dye: E102, E133, emulsifier: E322, E433. Dye E102 can have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. It contains negligible amounts of energy, fats, carbohydrates, sugars, proteins and salt. Store at a temperature of max. 25 °C.
