Letter & Lace fabric black 90 g

Using the Letter & Lace paste, you can quickly create elegant lace, lace or letters to decorate cakes and desserts. The paste has a pleasant vanilla aroma.

Ingredients: water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, glycerol E422, thickener: E440ii, E1422, E401, E55, vegetable oil, dyes: E172, E171, flavors, emulsifier E471, preservative potassium sorbate E202, acidity regulator: citric acid E330. Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening max. 1 month.

The use:

You can use the paste with decorative stencils. It also works well for painting surfaces such as sugar paste, marzipan or chocolate. Spread the paste thoroughly on the lace mat. The paste first hardens after 0.5 - 1 hour, but for a better result, let it dry for several hours. Drying can be accelerated, for example, by using a dryer or in an open oven (approx. 3 hours at 50°C).
