Croissant roller

Rolling pin for preparing homemade croissants.

Use: Roll out puff pastry or yeast dough to a thickness of 1 cm. By turning the rolling pin through the dough, we create triangles with dimensions of 17 x 10 cm.
Put the prepared filling on the triangles created in this way, roll them up and put them on a baking sheet. Lightly coat them with egg white or sprinkle with coarse sugar and place in the oven.
