The mold is inspired by mosaic patterns and allows you to prepare elegant single portions or spectacular desserts that create an impressive mosaic when served. Each of the nine cavities has a cube shape with a characteristic relief that gives the desserts a modern 3D look. The patented 3Design technology with a special inner edge creates a gently rounded bottom of the dessert and ensures a professional result every time.

The mold allows you to prepare nine perfectly shaped desserts. The material is extremely flexible, non-stick and resistant to temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for the oven, freezer, refrigerator and blast chiller.
