Colour Mill oil-based food colourings are excellently fat soluble. The highly concentrated colour allows for bold and vibrant colours even in small applications. The result is wonderfully vibrant, rich and consistent shades that will not fade. Works particularly well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar pastes. Also works in flower pastes, gumpaste, modelling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, dough, icings, isomalt, decorating gel, lace mixes. Please note that due to the oil content of the colours, drying may take longer than usual.

Usage: add a small amount of dye to the finished cream. Dosage: maximum 1.61g/kg

Ingredients: Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), color: E133, E102, emulsifier: E322, E433. E102: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Contains negligible amounts of energy, fat, carbohydrates, sugars, protein and salt. Store in a dry and dark place up to 25 °C.
