Ruby chocolate is a unique novelty among chocolates, bringing a fresh fruity taste with slightly sour notes and an eye-catching pink color. It is ideal for modern desserts and decorations that will catch your eye at first sight.
Use: Melt in the microwave at a maximum of 800-1000 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a water bath. Stop heating when the coins are almost completely melted and small pieces of the substance are still visible. Stir until the substance is completely smooth and melted, then process as needed. Let it set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, citric acid, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C. Kosher.
