Try Callebaut's premium dark chocolate, made from the highest quality cocoa beans. This chocolate contains 53.8% cocoa and stands out for its intense, perfectly balanced taste with a subtle bitterness.
Use: Melt in the microwave at a maximum of 800-1000 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a water bath. Stop heating when the coins are almost completely melted and small pieces of the substance are still visible. Stir until the substance is completely smooth and melted, then process as needed. Let it set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C. Kosher. May contain traces of: milk.
