Processing instructions:
- Let the mixture simmer for a while (the longer, the thicker the Crème Brûlée will be).
- Pour into containers as needed and leave to set in the fridge.
- Sprinkle with white or brown sugar before serving.
- Bake the sugar until a caramel crust forms on top.
