Mixture for whipping with vegetable fat, sweetened. Fat 25%, UHT treated. The mixture is suitable for cake fillings, decorations, as a garnish for fruit salads, puddings, ice cream and other products in confectionery production.
Ingredients: water, palm kernel oil (fully hydrogenated) 25%, sugar (12%), milk proteins, emulsifiers: E472b, E322 (soy), E472e, stabilizers: 460, E466, E340, flavor, color : E160a.
Energy value per 100 g of product: Energy 1257 kJ/ 300 kcal, Fat 28 g of which saturated fatty acids 27 g, Carbohydrates 12 g of which sugars 12 g, Protein 0.8 g, Fiber 0 g, Salt 0.10 g.
Storage conditions: temperature min. +4°C and max. +20°C.
Processing instructions: for optimal results, cool to +6- +8°C before whipping. Whipping time: 2-4 minutes. Whip at medium speed, longer whipping time will produce a stiffer foam. After opening, store at 2-8°C for max. 5 days.
