A mixture that will make the perfect caramel icing in just a few minutes - just add water and mix
Use : for crusts, pinwheels, cheesecake, for topping pancakes, fritters and for flavoring whipped cream.
Preparation:
Thin glossy icing - In a bowl, mix the contents of the bag with 200g of sifted powdered sugar. Gradually add 4-6 tablespoons of water or milk as needed. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Apply the finished icing directly to the surface of the crusts such as pinwheels, wreaths, cheesecakes, etc.
Thicker frosting - In a bowl, mix the contents of the bag with 200g of sifted powdered sugar. Gradually add 4-6 tablespoons of water or milk as needed. After mixing, add 20g of melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Apply the finished frosting directly to the surface of the crusts such as pinwheels, wreaths, cheesecakes, etc.
Enough for about 10 pinwheels.
Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, modified potato starch, colours: ammonia caramel and beta carotene, thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, caramel powder (0.1%). The product is gluten-free.
