A fruit filling based on a mixture of three finely pureed fruit purees. It is suitable for pastries, pancakes, yogurts, as a filling for corpora and Linz pastries, tea pastries or gingerbread.
Ingredients: apple pulp, blueberry pulp (4%), chokeberry pulp, sugar, acidity regulator E330, gelling agent: E440, black elderberry concentrate, blueberry flavor, preservative E202. Blueberry filling is prepared from 61g of fruit per 100g. Total amount of sugar: min. 60g per 100g.
Storage: in dry and clean areas, well ventilated, temperature +1 - +25°C, relative humidity 0 - 75%. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. After opening, use within 30 days.
