Our Liana Gingerbread Raising Powder gives it an excellent taste and aroma. You can use it to make soft, fluffy gingerbread, classic gingerbread men or gingerbread muffins.

Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate and disodium diphosphate, ground gingerbread spices (starch, cloves, ginger, fennel, anise, nutmeg in varying proportions), fat-reduced cocoa powder, stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose.
