Brauns Heitmann Crazy Colors powdered food colors suitable for coloring marzipan, coating material, cream or icing. Fruit acids contained in some foods can change the color shade. You can prevent this if you dissolve the dye in a little water before adding it to an acidic liquid or dessert. You can add it to hot or cold dishes. Do not boil as natural dyes tend to change their color shade. The correct color will be revealed only after the dye has dissolved. Recommended dosage 4g/kg of food.
