Gluten-free fruit-caramel honey cake
Gluten-free dough
- 400 g Liana Cake mix
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 70g butter
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Liana Baking Soda
- 2 eggs
Caramel cream
- 700 ml milk
- 1 pack Liana Golden Cream
- 1 pack Liana Caramel Pudding
- 2 packs Liana Vanilla Sugar
- 180g butter
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
Whipped cream:
- 360 ml whipping cream 40%
- 3 packs Liana Vanilla Sugar
Caramel icing:
- 1 pack Liana Caramel Frosting
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 8 tbsp milk
- 20 g melted butter
Next we need:
- apricot jam
- black gel paint
- spring flowers, herbs for decoration

- First, prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients. The dough will be sticky, but wrap it in foil and let it cool for 2 hours , ideally overnight.
- Then we prepare a caramel pudding from milk, vanilla sugar, caramel and vanilla powder. Let it cool.
- Roll out the dough and cut out the eggs. You can also decorate the eggs with a crack. Make a mold for the crack from cardboard/drawing and aluminum foil (see video). Bake for 6 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
- Pre-whisk the room temperature caramel pudding. Beat the room temperature butter with the powdered sugar until white and then gradually add the caramel pudding. Whisk until fluffy. This will create a fluffy caramel cream.
- Whip the whipped cream and vanilla sugar.
- We stack pairs of eggs. We dip the top ones into the caramel icing, which we prepare by mixing all the ingredients. We let it set in the refrigerator for 150 minutes, then we spray it with black gel paint.
- On the bottom sheet of dough, use a decorative tip to spread caramel cream, then apricot jam (about 1 tsp) and finally whipped cream. Cover with an egg. Let stand for 6 hours to soften the dough and allow the flavors to meld.
- We can decorate the eggs with spring edible herbs.
