FIT dessert: Liana pudding with cottage cheese full of protein

1 package Liana Pudding (e.g. milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel or vanilla Golden Cream)

400 ml milk (low-fat or plant-based)

250 g low-fat soft cottage cheese

1 Tbsp erythritol (approx. 7.5 g, to taste)

freeze-dried fruit, dark chocolate, or other favorite toppings for decoration

Bring 200 ml of milk to a boil.

In a second container, mix the Liana pudding with the remaining 200 ml of milk. Pour the pudding mixture into the hot milk, add the erythritol and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.

Let the finished pudding cool to room temperature.

Add soft low-fat cottage cheese to the cooled pudding and mix thoroughly or blend until smooth and creamy.

The pudding can be served immediately, but ideally, pour it into glasses and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the flavors can blend nicely.

Before serving, decorate as desired - with freeze-dried fruit, chocolate or nuts.

Extra fitness upgrade: You can replace some of the cottage cheese with skyr - you'll increase the protein content and reduce the fat.

For better satiety: Adding chia seeds or a spoonful of nut butter will promote digestion and a longer feeling of fullness.

Sweeten wisely: We recommend adding sweetener after the pudding has been cooked. Erythritol , chicory syrup or date paste are good choices. Honey is not recommended for cooking because high temperatures destroy its natural enzymes and nutritional benefits. honey is not recommended for cooking.
