Gluten-free gingerbread rolls
- 320 g Liana Cake mix
- 100 g Liana Fine mix
- 140 g powdered sugar
- 70 g softened butter
- 5 tbsp honey
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp Liana Baking Soda
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 10 g cocoa
- a pinch of salt
- plum jam
- Liana Chocolate Liana 45%
- chopped nuts

- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together.
- We make a smooth dough, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. We roll out the rested dough to a thickness of about 3 mm, spread it with jam, sprinkle with nuts and roll it into a roll.
- Cut the roll into smaller pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg before baking.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 15 minutes.
- After baking and cooling, sprinkle them with chocolate and decorate.
