A tip for fragrant gingerbread from our customer. Gluten-free gingerbread rolls made from gluten-free Liana products that make the entire kitchen smell delicious and go perfectly with coffee or tea.

Approach
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together.
  2. We make a smooth dough, wrap it in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. We roll out the rested dough to a thickness of about 3 mm, spread it with jam, sprinkle with nuts and roll it into a roll.
  3. Cut the roll into smaller pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush with beaten egg before baking.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 15 minutes.
  6. After baking and cooling, sprinkle them with chocolate and decorate.
