Tiramisu
- sponge cakes
 - instant coffee
 - Water
 - 50 ml fruit syrup
 
Cream
- 300 ml of milk
 - 1 tbsp instant coffee
 - 2 pcs (60g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
 - 250 g of mascarpone
 - 50 ml of egg liqueur
 - 60 g powdered sugar
 - Cocoa Dark Liana
 
- We brew stronger coffee and let it cool. Add 50 ml of fruit syrup.
 - Add a spoonful of instant coffee, Creamy Delight to the milk and whisk. Add mascarpone, sugar and egg liqueur.
 - Soak the sponge cakes in coffee with fruit syrup. Layer on a tray or plate and apply the prepared cream with a pastry bag. Sprinkle with cocoa and leave to harden overnight in the refrigerator.
 
 A good tip:
 For immediate consumption of the dessert, place the sponge cakes on a dessert plate or in a glass and put the filling with a pastry bag.
