  1. Beat the eggs with a whisk together with wine and oil. Mix grated cheese, Bread mix white and baking powder, salt and pepper. We mix a smooth dough, which we let rest for a few minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the ham and olives into pieces. Mix them into the dough with a wooden spoon. Pour the dough into a silicone bread mold and smooth the surface with a spatula. Cut the top with a knife and decorate with olives and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  3. Bake in a heated oven at 220°C for 30-35 minutes.
