Gluten-free coconut balls
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g of powdered milk
- 250 g of butter or vegetable fat
- 50 ml lukewarm water
- 80 g of coconut

For wrapping
- 50 g of coconut
1. Prepare a mass from all the ingredients, which we put aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. After taking it out of the refrigerator, we shape it into balls, which we then wrap in coconut.
3. Depending on taste, we can put an almond or hazelnut in each ball.
4. Let the balls harden in the refrigerator.
A good tip:
Inside we can add e.g. crushed wafers.
