Corpus:

  • We will prepare the corpus according to our own choice.

Cream:

  • 100 g Liana Stabilizer (of your choice)
  • 100 – 200 ml lukewarm water (depending on the thickness of the cream)
  • 500 ml of vegetable whipped cream

For layering:

For decorating:

  • fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • macaroons

Approach

Cake base: Bake the cake base according to your favorite recipe. We used a gluten-free cake base made from our gluten-free Liana Cake mix . You can find the recipe on our website.

Cream: Mix the Liana stabilizer in water. Whip the vegetable whipped cream until semi-stiff, add the prepared stabilizer and whip until stiff. If necessary, you can adjust the consistency by adding water or milk. We prepared two creams – raspberry and vanilla .

Layering the cake: Add a layer of jam or fruit filling to the bottom crust. Spread the prepared cream (ideally using a pastry bag) and smooth. Cover with another crust and repeat the process. We combined raspberry cream with raspberry filling and used peach filling with vanilla cream for the second layer. Smooth the top of the cake with a spatula.

Cooling: Let the cake set in the refrigerator for a few hours, or even overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Decoration: We will decorate according to your imagination - fresh fruit, macaroons, pearls or sprinkles from our e-shop will give the cake the perfect final effect.

Good tip:

For an even fuller taste, we can add mascarpone to the cream.
We can sweeten it to taste, add fruit, chocolate or nuts.
The stabilizer can also be used with whipped cream – in that case, we use only a very small amount of milk instead of water and immediately whisk it into the whipped cream. We are careful not to over-whip the whipped cream.
