Use: Heat the desired amount of mirror coating in a microwave oven or in a water bath at a temperature of 45-50°C. Then mix lightly to avoid air bubbles. Then coat the products with the glaze. You can also use the glaze without heating it. It is enough to mix it briefly and rub the product with it.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemons (5%), gelling agent: pectins (E440ii), modified starch, citric acid E330, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, aroma, colors : beta-carotene E160a, curcumin E100. May contain traces of milk. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 20°C.
