Cold gels are the perfect surface for all kinds of desserts, cakes or artistic desserts. Thanks to this product, you can get an unusual look. The reason for this is the fact that the diamond glaze is characterized not only by its exceptional shine and color, but also by its excellent taste and aroma.
This gel is suitable for finishing flat, inclined or vertical surfaces. Thanks to the ideal consistency, the diamonds are applied in a thin layer, which allows them to be used for "glazing" fresh fruit. It can also be used as a gloss for edible wafers and sugar masses, which after application give, for example, the effect of water, a twinkle in the eye,... In addition, you can create a mirror glaze with gel.
Ingredients : glucose syrup, water, gelling agents (pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan), dye E171, citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, calcium phosphate), potassium sorbate, aroma.
How to use: Mix the glaze thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency and pour over the dessert. If you need a more liquid consistency, you can add water (max. 30%). Do not add water when consolidating wafers and disposable prints.
