Professional edible velvet spray will give your cakes and desserts a luxurious, velvety smooth look. Thanks to the high cocoa butter content, it creates an elegant "suede" effect on the surface, which is ideal for modern confectionery decorations, single-serve desserts and premium cakes.
Usage:
Cool the dessert to approximately -10 °C. Heat the spray in a water bath to a maximum of 40 °C for 10-15 minutes, shake and spray from a distance of 25–30 cm.
Important! Your dessert or cake must be frozen before applying the velvet spray to achieve the desired velvety effect.
