Edible food coloring spray creates a velvety, suede-like finish on chilled desserts. Ideal for cakes, single-serving cakes, mousses, ice cream, chocolate, fondant and marzipan.
Usage:
Cool the dessert (approx. -10 °C), heat the spray in a water bath (max. 40 °C), shake and spray from a distance of 25–30 cm.
Important! Your dessert/cake must be frozen before applying the velvet spray, otherwise you will not get the velvet effect.
Ingredients: E943a, E944, E943b, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, coloring : calcium carbonate E170, cochineal E120, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392.
