Usage:
Cool the dessert to approximately -10 °C . Heat the spray in a water bath to a maximum of 40 °C, shake for 10-15 minutes and spray from a distance of 25-30 cm.
Important! Your dessert or cake must be frozen before applying the velvet spray, otherwise you will not achieve the velvety effect.
