Easily soluble dark chocolate with a cocoa solids content of min. 50%. Excellent for icing, ganaches, pralines, but also various bars, tablets or chocolate decorations. The chocolate is in the form of small round droplets.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass (43.5%), cocoa butter (8.5%), emulsifier: E322 ( soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavor. May contain gluten , eggs, peanuts, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, lupine. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C and a relative humidity of 70%.
