Kadayif - fried dough 200g

Kadayif is a suitable ingredient for the popular Dubai chocolate. The pasta is roasted, made from quality ingredients.

Ingredients: wheat flour, drinking water, salt, E202 potassium sorbate, E282 calcium propionate. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

Use: Fry with an appropriate amount of butter or margarine and use together with cake filling ingredients or simply to decorate various cakes, chocolates and puddings.
