The gel is used to finish the surface of an edible wafer or to glue marzipan. It adds shine and enhances the color. The gel is the best way to protect the wafer from moisture. The product is applied to both sides of the wafer.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent: E406, citric acid E330, preservative: E202. Gluten-free. May contain traces of milk, soy, hazelnuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
