Stabilizer of whipped creams and fillings with blueberry aroma
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipped cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipping cream
(the dosage of thickener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Mix it with an electric mixer into the semi-whipped whipped cream. Beat until the desired consistency. When using animal whipped cream, we whip it very briefly because of its possible over-whipping. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, aroma, natural black carrot extract, acidity regulator: citric acid.
